Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds will only be accepted if they are requested prior to your order status changing to ‘Processing’, Once the order has begun processing and is due for dispatch a refund is not available. Please note the time for an order to enter a ‘Processing’ state will depend on the day, and volume of orders pending.
Returns Policy
Purchases from our CosmediMe website may be returned up to 30 days from confirmed delivery if the product is unused, unopened and in a form that could be resold. The refund will be made to the original form of payment, and cannot be amended. Returned products will be refunded, however postage is non-refundable.

Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, please send photos of the packaging at the time of receiving your product along with a description of what occurred to danielle@cosmedime.com.au
Missing, damaged or defective products must be reported within 30 days of delivery to the CosmediMe email support team, as stated above, including a description of the issue. These products will be replaced at no additional cost.
Processing & Despatch
Once an order is placed, the processing of your order will be despatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Postage may take up to 5-10 business days for Australian located customers, and 7-15 days for International customers.
